The crew has arrived and started preparing the site for your new retaining wall. This is an exciting step in the process, as in a few days you’ll be enjoying a transformed outdoor space with a beautiful, functional retaining wall.
Project Timeline and Site Preparation
The team will start the day between 7:45am to 8:15 am everyday and clean up your property and leave at 4:00pm to 4:30 pm. We will always have managers on site through the whole process ensuring the crew leads and homeowners are on the same page. There will be some damage to your grass during the project and we will try to contain our working area to eliminate damage to your grass.
Installation
We follow the manufacturer’s specifications for all our installations to ensure your retaining wall is built to last and maintain its warranty. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to contact our office or onsite manager. We understand the importance of work and family commitments, so you don’t need to be present during the installation. However, if you’d like, we can send you photos or videos throughout the day to keep you updated on the progress.If your project is divided into multiple payments, our office will contact you during the installation process to remind you of upcoming payment deadlines.
